8 oz de bacon au bois de pommier coup\u00e9 d'\u00e9paisseur<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le gril \u00e0 425 \u00baF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Dans un bol moyen, m\u00e9langer les choux de Bruxelles avec l'huile d'olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. R\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment sur une grande plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie ou une po\u00eale en fonte<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Assaisonner, au go\u00fbt, avec du sel et du poivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. R\u00f4tir pendant 20-25 minutes en remuant \u00e0 mi-cuisson, les choux de Bruxelles doivent \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Faites cuire et \u00e9miettez le bacon pendant que les choux de Bruxelles r\u00f4tissent. R\u00e9servez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graisse de bacon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
