Terms and Conditions: This promotion is only open to residents of the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) and Canada. The only US Stove Co. Wood-Burning Furnace that qualifies for this special promotion is the Model #HB1520. Purchases must be made between September 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. To qualify for the promotion, the US Stove Co. Wood-Burning Furnace must be (1) the qualifying Wood-Burning Furnace model #HB1520; (2) purchased within the promotion period and (3) installed by November 30, 2024. The promotional offer is a $500 install credit. Limit one per household. Install credit will be sent to customer at the installed address and will only be sent after the unit has been installed. Proof of installation required. Refurbished products are excluded from this promotion. Promotion redemptions must be electronically completed by 11:59 p.m. PST on November 30, 2024, via www.usstove.com/national. All redemptions are subject to US Stove Co.’s final review and approval. If a redemption is incomplete or fails to meet any of the terms and conditions, the promotional credit will not be issued. Proof of purchase showing the qualifying purchase/signed contract date must be submitted to receive this offer. US Stove Co. recommends customers keep a copy of the requested forms for their records. All submitted proofs of purchase become the property of US Stove Co. and will not be returned. US Stove Co. is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete redemption forms.
